GUSTAVO RIOS is a native of Buenos Aires. Born into a family of milongueros, he has been immersed in the music and dance of Tango for his entire life.
Winner of the 2014 USA Tango Salon Championship; he teaches at the Astoria Tango School in Queens, NY, and at Tango Under the Tent in Sugar Loaf, NY. Gustavo is a Tango DJ and the creator of the masterful series, “Tango the Theory”, a Seminar on Tango Musicality and Orchestra Styles.MAGGIE GRIFFIN is adancer, performer and choreographer. She has been dancing tango for over ten years and teaches with Gustavo at Tango Under the Tent. She also taught with Tango New Paltz and Tango Hudson.
